All Cakes and mini dessert orders require a 50% deposit upon placement to secure desired order pick up date. All invoices must be paid IN FULL at least one week in advance of order pick up date. Telephone orders must provide Credit/Debit card number for security deposits.
Changes to Cake flavor will need to be made at minimum of 72 hours’ notice. 3D Cakes require at least one week’s notice if changes want to be made to the cake or to change the date.
Orders placed through Our Online Shop must be PAID IN FULL in order to be processed. There is a strict 48 hours notice policy. Make sure to specify date and time you would like to pick up your order. If delivery is needed, make sure to include delivery address as well as date and time needed. We will contact you regarding the additional fee for delivery.
Custom orders - including Tiered Cakes & Special Event Cakes - should be ordered at least two weeks in advance. We book up quickly and suggest ordering as soon as you can. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to lock your date in place. Changes to custom cakes must be done no later than one week before scheduled pick up time.
Last minute orders should call directly and see if there is any thing we can do.
Please have the picture in NO LATER than one week prior to your order pickup. All photos are printed as is. We suggest sending in only high resolution photos. Anything that is already low resolution/low quality will print as is. We do not photoshop and cannot edit pictures. We are not responsible for color changes of the image due to weather and will not refund for this.
Delivery for orders is available for an additional fee.
Fee is determined by distance, day of the week, and time of day.
If you are picking up your own cake and desserts, please make sure you can transport your cake and desserts safely. ONCE AN ORDER LEAVES OUR BAKERY, CUSTOMER ACCEPTS ALL RESPONSIBILITY. We cannot give refunds if there is a mishap during transportation.
Cancellations should be done 1 week before scheduled pick up time. 50% Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. When you schedule an order with us, you are filling a slot in our books. Ingredients are ordered, and some components are created in advance. Other orders may be turned away in order for us to give your order the proper attention and labor needed.
For orders containing custom fondant work, some items may be made up to a week in advance for drying purposes; if any of these items are already made at the time of cancellation, the price of those items will not be refunded.
Once an order has been picked up, it is considered “accepted”. ONCE AN ORDER LEAVES OUR BAKERY, CUSTOMER ACCEPTS ALL RESPONSIBILITY. We cannot give refunds if there is a mishap during transportation.
Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored. We only give refunds in accordance with refund policies stated below.
If you need to postpone your cake for another date, we require at least one week notice. With less notice, we can reschedule your order (depending on availability) however you may incur an extra charge to rebake the cake/recreate the elements on the cake.
DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. If you cancel a cake order before we have a chance to deliver it to you, there is NO Refund. If you prepaid in full, or placed a partial deposit, you will NOT get a refund if you cancel your order before we have a chance to deliver it to you.
If upon “pick up”, your cake and/or desserts do not meet your expectations and you refuse to “accept” your order, we will give you a refund (minus 25% handling/cancellation fee). NOTE: In the event of a refund, you CANNOT keep the cake and/or desserts. We will NOT negotiate a partial refund.

Taste is subjective. All of our baked goods are tasted daily and under strict quality control measures. Temperature, time, and handling can alter the texture and taste of our products. We follow strict policies to ensure all product is keep at the most optimal temperature, time, and handling. Once a product leaves our shop, it is your responsibility to follow the same care. We are not responsible if you disregard our care instructions. If there is a severe taste discrepancy, you must bring back the product within 24 hours. Our trained bakers will verify if this discrepancy is on the fault of us. In the event it is, a refund will be given. We must be contacted immediately (no later than 24 hours) to discuss any flavor/taste discrepancies.
We do not give refunds under any other circumstances. Refunds are given within 7 days.
